The second guy dug 3 holes, had no drill and could not figure out how to get started (total nightmare). The third guy also put up six sections also crooked, cut wrong and missing screws. Michael was the fourth contractor and finished the last 28 sections and three gates. The work was done with such precision on the layout, leveling and fastening. I was delighted. So we called Michael about the carpentry and he said he could repair the floor, set the tile, and put the toilet back. “I hired Michael to put vinyl mastic windows in our home. This was the first time my wife was happy with a contractor I hired. My wife is very neat and particular about the inside of our home. She knows if something has been moved out of place. The cleanup and care of our home was outstanding. My wife was at work that day and did not notice that I had Michael put windows in. “We had a roof leak on our garage/breezeway repaired twice by different handymen and it still leaked. They refused to come back out after we paid them. So we called Michael from the yellow pages and told him our problem. He pulled a baseball size glob of silicone out of the corner of the gutter; that was one repair and not even the problem. Michael could not find evidence of the second repair. We were at work when the handymen did the repairs. Michael found the problem which was no felt paper on the roof when the house was built. Michael removed shingles and put ice barrier in the valley and new shingles. Never leaked again. Our neighbor said Michael worked hard all day and did what he said he would.
